Submit your application by the Early Application Deadline in order to be eligible for the Early Booth Rate (if accepted). Applications submitted after the Early Application Deadline will be subject to the Regular Booth Rate (if accepted).
*The November Virtual Fiber Festival Event includes a pre-recorded 1 hour streamed video in addition to the live 2 hour virtual event space. For the November event all vendors will submit a one hour pre-recorded sale presentation, which will be aired on Thanksgiving, November 25th. The pop up shops, demonstration sessions, and workshops will be held Friday, November 26th through Sunday, November 27th.

INSTRUCTOR INFORMATION
Camp Yarnsie pays instructors on a sliding scale that is based on the final number of registered students in the class. Camp Yarnsie pays instructors via PayPal payments approximately 5 days following the event. See the following chart for more information.

Instructors are charged a virtual room fee of $30.00 which includes the following: access to, scheduling/setup, and live moderator of the virtual platform during your event, the live tech webinar, 30 minutes of live tech support, and marketing materials/adds used to advertise your event. You do not need to have a BlueJeans account in order to participate in our events.
