SHIPPING

Our company ships through the USPS. Ready to Ship Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the purchase date. We ship Monday through Friday via USPS.

International shipping 

We happily support and love our international customers.

We ship all International products through USPS.

Camp Yarnsie is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

To be fair to all customers, we charge the lowest shipping rate available based upon current USPS prices. When applicable and shipping prices are lower than USPS, we will ship via other carriers including Fedex, UPS, and DHL.

Timeline

All ready to ship orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Once the packaged is received by the carrier (example: USPS) expedited shipping provides a quicker package handling time to your front door.

If your order includes a mix of Ready to Ship and/or Made to Order and/or Custom Order items. All of your items will ship when the last item has been completed. If you would like your Ready to Ship purchases sooner, please either purchase these items separately or email hello@yarnsie.com and we will invoice you for an additional shipping fee to get those items out to you as soon as possible.

Made To Order items average shipping time is 3 to 4 weeks unless otherwise noted.

Custom Order items will have shipping time provided within 2 to 3 days after payment has been received. Time will vary depending upon the customization request for that item.

ORDER CANCELATIONS 

Orders for handmade fabric items cannot be canceled. This includes electric spinning wheel covers, electric wheel bags, blending board bags, blending board covers, aprons and all other fabric organizers and storage products.

Each of our electric spinning wheel bags, electric wheel covers, blending board bags, blending board covers, aprons, and other handmade fabric items are made by hand, one at a time.

Once you place your order fabric and supply materials are automatically ordered through our material and fabric suppliers in order to fill your request as soon as possible. Due to the automation in our supply process (this helps us to get all of the pieces we need to make your order – so we can make it and get it shipped out to you as soon as possible) we are unable to cancel your order.

If you made an error when ordering please email (hello@yarnsie.com) as we will do our best to make things right and/or reach a compromise that suits both parties.

Returns 

For general items and ONLY Ready to Ship electric spinning wheel bags, travel bags, organization and storage items, espinner covers, blending board covers, blending board bags, and aprons, and other organization and storage items and accessories. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For Made to Order electric spinning wheel bags, travel bags, organization and storage items, espinner covers, blending board covers, blending board bags, and aprons, and all other fabric organizers and storage products If we can not resolve the issue, please mail it back to me and I will return 40% of the purchase price. Please understand, for example, it takes me two to three days to create one of the electric spinning wheel bags by hand. When you return an item due to buyers remorse, etc. I do not get paid for work completed. 

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective. This includes custom orders for electric spinning wheel bags, travel bags, organization and storage items, espinner covers, blending board covers, blending board bags, and aprons, and all other fabric organizers and storage products. Others might not have the same taste as your own and finding a needle in a haystack might be easier than finding a second owner with the exact same customization preferences.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Sale items

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 calendar days.

For MADE TO ORDER electric spinning wheel bags, travel bags, organization and storage items, espinner covers, blending board covers, blending board bags, and aprons, and all other fabric organizers and storage products there is a 40% restocking fee. This is due to the time it takes to create by hand, each one of these items.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale & Special Promotional items 

Sale and special promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective within 60 days of the purchase.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@yarnsie.com with detailed pictures/information, and mail your item to: Camp Yarnsie 530 Meadowglen Trail. Roswell, GA 30075.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of all shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
